We have, for decades, been handling the defense of Illinois Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Disease Act cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission as well as appeals to all Illinois Circuit, Appellate and Supreme Courts. We handle cases that are assigned to all venues throughout the State of Illinois. Our goal is to provide our clients with effective and efficient legal representation at a reasonable cost. Since pre-trial conferences and status hearings are now conducted via WebEx, costs have decreased significantly due to reduced travel.
