Tondi K. Bailey

Prior to joining Ancel Glink, Tondi practiced at a Chicago-based insurance and civil defense law firm, where she represented insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation disputes across a broad range of industries.

Tondi earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with an emphasis in Public Law and a minor in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University. She received her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law, where she served as the founding Vice-President and later President of the Business Law Society, was named to the Dean’s List, and assisted in establishing the school’s Business Legal Innovation Clinic.
