Eugene provides practical and cost-effective advice and solutions tailored to serve the needs of local governments clients
Eugene primarily focuses on advising local government clients about FOIA, OMA, real estate and land use matters. He regularly drafts intergovernmental agreements and contracts for services and equipment, personnel policies, as well as ordinances and resolutions. Eugene also represents various clients at administrative adjudications, traffic prosecutions, and board meetings. He is a frequent contributor to various publications, including the Municipal Minute and the Ancel Glink Today newsletter.
When not zealously advocating on behalf of Ancel Glink’s clients, Eugene enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and fervently supporting the Chelsea FC, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and the Chicago White Sox. Eugene also enjoys lifting weights, attending sporting events, playing fantasy football, watching movies, reading comic books, and eating pizza, burritos, and sushi.
