Paula Vincich Randall
Associate
Paula represents units of local government in areas of municipal law, zoning, real estate, land use and development, and municipal prosecutions.
Paula counsels municipalities, park districts, special districts, and forest preserve districts on a variety of governmental and transactional matters. She provides services to several municipal, park district and township officials and staff in drafting ordinances and policies and attending meetings. Paula counsels units of local government on board practices and procedures, Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information requests.
She has extensive experience in property matters including negotiating and drafting contracts, intergovernmental agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, land acquisition and zoning relief. She also represents private developers and clients in the area of commercial development. In addition, Paula advises Local Liquor Control Commissions and Planning and Zoning Commissions. She has also handled local prosecutions for several municipalities as a municipal prosecutor.
