Our People

Kathleen O'Grady

Kathleen's practice concentrates in general local governmental issues including municipal prosecution, workers’ compensation and labor and employment.

Kathleen received her law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.  During law school, Kathleen completed a semester abroad in New Zealand and Australia where she took international and comparative law courses.  Kathleen is active within the American Bar Association; she is currently Vice-Chair for the Section of International Employment Law Committee.  Kathleen joined Ancel Glink in 2014 as a summer law clerk and has been with the firm ever since.

Prior to law school, Kathleen worked in healthcare for 5 years, primarily at Illinois Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery Center.  Kathleen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a semester of language courses in Seville, Spain.
