Justin DeLuca

Justin represents private and public entities in tort, employment, and civil rights litigation.

Justin is an Associate Attorney at Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni & Krafthefer, P.C.  Justin represents and defends municipalities, school districts, and private clients in general tort litigation, employment actions, civil rights claims, and healthcare related litigation.  Justin has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Ancel Glink, Justin practiced at a firm in Chicago representing hospitals and physicians in healthcare related litigation including medical malpractice, wrongful death, and premises liability.  Justin also has experience representing clients in environmental and toxic tort cases, trade secret violations, and transportation related litigation.  Justin is also an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he teaches trial advocacy and is a coach of Loyola’s nationally ranked trial team.   

He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he was one of ten students selected for the Philip H. Corboy Fellowship in Trial Advocacy.
